I'm watching him as Andew in the show right now and holy crap, I am blown away. He's just incredible! He makes Andrew so compelling. He's so unhinged but you still feel sorry for him and can see he's broken and Darren plays that really well.

Or maybe he just empathizes with him and his situation. Not all people have this one dimensional concept of morality in life. If you want to know a person you have to be able to empathize with him/her in order to understand their motives.

I see how someone could think that when he’s talking about Cunanan and Versace because he is very careful about what he says and how he says it because of the sensitive content. But if you see any of the other work he does he is just such a loveable dork

His personality is very likable, he is one of my favorite actors and I loved him in glee and versace and I can't wait to see him in Hollywood!
