Im a huge fan of karin slaughters writing she does suspenseful,mysterious twist and turns kind of vibes i absolutely love her her books are alot and definitely has trigger warnings so just be aware of that but definitely recommended 🥰

I was sooo sooo shocked to not see Joel Dicker in your top thrillers. Girl I read his 2022 release The enigma of room 622 and it changed my life!! Then I started diving into his other books and all of them became my favourite. I definitely recommend The Harry Quebert Affair as well, but The enigma of room 622 has my heart.

Here’s a couple of thriller rec’s for you…Those Empty Eyes by Charlie Donlea (couldn’t put it down), Still Missing (read in one sitting) by Chevy Stevens, and (a bit more graphic) is The Drowned Girls by Loreth Anne White...this is a series, but she writes different cases for each book. Karin Slaughter has some awesome thrillers too (but also on the bit more graphic). Love your videos!!!📚📚🔥🔥🎇

BEST thriller I've read so far is Misery by Stephen King. Author wrecks his car and wakes up with both legs shattered inside "his biggest fan's" house. She doesn't let him leave. Its SO good!!!

I loved no exit!! A five star read for me, it is just continously hitting you with things you weren't expecting to happen so if you find slow thrillers boring I would really recommend it (instead of one huge plot twitst it feels like a lot of smaller ones that leave you with your mouth hanging anyways) Loved the Supernatural reference btw, that's literally me everytime I see the Winchester last name 😂

I read None Shall Sleep by Ellie Marney in March of this year, and it gave me so many chills that I'll think about it every now and then, too! And I also read The Only One Left by Riley Sager loved it! Highly recommend both of these to add to your thriller list!

Adding a bunch of these to my TBR! I would recommend A Maiden's Grave, by Jeffery Deaver. It's about a bus full of deaf students and their teachers who are taken hostage by some escaped convicts. Dual perspective, oldie but a goodie.

Love your video! The edition you were mad about, of No Exit, is actually a 'mass market paperback'. It is the cheapest paperback version of any printed book, which gets printed to reach a wider audience. While the normal paperbacks are distributed through Amazon, Oxford, Waterstones, Barnes & Noble or other premium bookstores or bookstore chains, the mass market paperbacks are distributed through retail stores, newsstands, supermarkets or magazine distributors. They are generally printed from only a few genres which have a mass appeal (often just the bestsellers). And, can you please make a recco list of romantic thrillers separately? Your lists are the ones which I trust blindly.

My thriller recs: Honestly, I fell in love with Ashley Winstead's writing too! She literally wrote one of my favorite thrillers of all time "The Last Housewife" and I also read her newest release "Midnight Is The Darkest Hour" and absolutely adored that one too (gave it 4.5/5). Definitely recommend the audiobook for that one. It really sets the tone of the story. However, "Midnight Is The Darkest Hour" is more of an eery thriller versus "The Last Housewife" which is more adrenaline-pumping and anxiety-inducing (literally read it in a day; I just couldn't put it down). Other recs: His & Hers by Alice Feeny (loved this one) The Collective by Alison Gaylin (so underrated) When You Disappeared by John Marrs Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter Hidden Pictures by Jason Rekulak Still Missing by Chevy Stevens The Perfect Child by Lucinda Berry Local Woman Missing by Mary Kubica Jar of Hearts, Little Secrets, and Things We Do In The Dark all by Jennifer Hillier The Love of My Life by Rosie Walsh The Girls Are All So Nice Here by Laurie Elizabeth Flynn
