Kazuya and Jins human forms are stronger than ever in the final battle Unless you see aura or glowing eyes,their forms werent being empowered by the devil gene. Lars is only on par with Jin and slightly above and on par with base Kazuya Jin wasnt using his devil power against Lars. When he actually brought the purple aura out he defeated Golden Azazel who was stated that only Devil gene users could stop him. Jin beat Lars in their first fight at the throne room,Lars won the second one but Jin was clearly not giving his all while Lars was angry. Lars only beat All in all the Devil Gene doesnt seem to be a very big power boost,the Mishima blood is more helpful and the devil gene only added to that Mishimas are also descendants of the Japanese Thunder God,thats why they have lightning,this is also heavily implied in the history montage in Tekken 8 where they show ancient Mishimas and a picture of Raiji the thunder god

For Kazuya is was Heihachis willpower and never giving up,along with the fact that he took his mother and childhood from him,which is why he saw him young Its not about physical strength,he simply saw Heihachi as an obstacle in his life that wouldn't stop getting up. And if i am being honest in the final battle Kazuyas base form seemed to have evolved after not having a devil form to rely on,like he focused on his Mishima powers more. He even summoned 3 lightning strikes from the sky as collateral by powering up.

Even during Tekken 6, Lars was protagonist and Jin was antagonist. Only to reveal later Jin was anti villain the entire time stopping a bigger threat, which Lars realize Jin was innocent the entire time. So far, aside from Xiaoyu, Lars at the time actually believed Jin was innocent after learning his true intentions. Which from there, informed Lee as well and they both assisted Jin. I really think the whole reason now everyone ends up siding with Jin was because of Lars. He was the MVP that saved Jin from making the whole world his enemy. The truth behind Jin’s actions must have lead alot of people to support him.

yup in all of the tekken world, the body counts of Jin eclipses everyone, also pretending to save the world from a threath that will only become one in a 100's of years when he'll be dead and that prophecy will perhaps not even happen in the first place by destroying it and really simply doing it to delete his devil genes which would makes him nothing less than selfish, yet he gets to live and now finally decide to accept having friends and go on with life like nothing happen when he killed so many innocents around the world. Lars is pretty much Josuke in a way, think about it. Heihachi in Tekken Tag 2 all the way to Tekken 7, he was voiced by Unsho Ishizuka, who also played Old Joseph in Stardust Crusaders, so if Lars is Heihachi's illegitimate son, he is pretty much Josuke, even though Lars is voiced by Junichi Suwabe (Abbacchio, Sukuna, Eraserhead, etc)
