Transcripción de la Historia en Inglés: Most men today are unsure if they are men or boys, and often ask themselves: “What has to happen before I truly become or feel like a man?” By the end of this video, you will know where you stand. I will go over the four stages of becoming a man: The first stage of becoming a man is the squire stage. This stage goes from birth right up until 14 years old. The word comes from the Middle Ages, where the squire would assist the knight. During this stage, the boy dreams of adventure, of becoming a big, powerful knight one day, and of how he will change and save the world. He is very naive, thinking he can do everything. Oftentimes, he lacks respect and self-discipline, and he requires guidance. When he cannot do something, he gets frustrated and upset with himself. A lot of growth happens during this early stage. The squire is always trying different things to see what he is good at. Near the end of this stage, he begins to take on knight-like qualities, like loyalty, persistence, truth, and honor. The second stage is the knight stage, and it's one of the most crucial points in your life. This stage lasts from puberty right up until your late 20s. This is the time of your life when you seek challenge, adventure, and fun. I like to think of this stage as the burning, fiery phase of a man's life, where you have this deep desire to go out and conquer in all aspects of life. But this can also be a difficult time because you have to choose between what your parents want and what you want. On top of that, you are probably unsure about your career or your life in general. But these feelings are completely normal, and you should not worry about feeling this way. In fact, it's exactly what you should be experiencing. It's important to live in the moment, without too many responsibilities beyond those expected of a knight. The next stage is the prince stage. Most of you watching this video are in this stage, and it is an especially interesting part of a man's life. As princes, men are focused on building, establishing, and creating in the world. If you want to start a business, this is usually when it happens. This is where you have a clearly defined purpose in your life. Some of you might be thinking: “I don’t know my purpose, what I want to do, or if I ever will.” A major difference between the knight and prince stages is that the prince possesses a valuable trait called patience. A knight is not patient. He is running wild, wanting everything to happen right away. Whether it's about business or success with women, you need to have patience and trust the process. Equally important is faith. You need to have faith that you will reach your goals, as long as you take the right steps along the way. A prince is not overly concerned with the outcome, but he is focused on the process, constantly course-correcting and improving the way he does things. A prince will build his kingdom, and during this time, he may find a queen to stand beside him, although this can happen at any point in a man's life. The final stage is the king stage. The king is calm, relaxed, reflective, and more importantly, he possesses wisdom. You cannot really change a king. He has strong beliefs, knows who he is, and knows what types of people he wants to surround himself with. A king has built his kingdom, from his business life to his family life. He doesn't waste time worrying about small things that don't really matter, because he is focused on the bigger picture of running his kingdom. If someone around him does not resonate with him, he will remove them from his kingdom. This is also the stage where a man wants to give back to the world. There is no right or wrong stage to be in. While I’ve mentioned ages for each stage, these are just general guidelines. If you are 30 and still feel like you are in the early knighthood stage, that's perfectly fine. Everyone's journey is unique, and there is no set timeline for growth. So don't be hard on yourself. Instead, take a moment to reflect on where you are, and more importantly, where you want to go. The power to shape your path is in your hands, and every step you take brings you closer to the life you are destined to build.

It is an Interesting point of view. I suppose that something similar happens in the women's life, so I would like to know your opinion about that. Thanks for your great job.
