I’ve been following Mexican real estate for the last 5yrs so I would say I have an idea on valuations. They’re asking $3.5m for this place!!! Not in your wildest dreams is this worth anywhere near that amount.

The prices in the Punta Mita area are insane. A nearly $5 million dollar property CAD that backs on a golf course and has a small pool. Come back to planet earth.
