I think may have just insulted me 🤣 I've been watching Chakits for many years now and have to admit, I've never seen a home I personally liked more than this one. I'd want to update all of the bathrooms and casita but the space it there and that's what's important to me. I want at least 4 bedrooms with en suites and a casita. This is one of the very few that fits that criteria. The rest of the house and the yard are fabulous.

I was ready to lay the smack down on this house but in turns out it's actually awesome😋😋😋 first the neighborhood is great nice wide streets and it's quiet and the plants and the landscaping is good but the exterior design of the home not so much.😕😕😕 but the owners spared no expense really on redesigning this home my only thing is that they didn't remodel all the bathrooms because if I bought this house I know that would be my first priority to take care of because they are just old.😕😕😕 But that kitchen is great the counter tops are the best of the best and so is that stove and all the back splashes in the house I mean you can't complain about that and what about that swimming pool with that rock waterfall come on man I almost fell out of my chair I love that stuff🥰🥰🥰😘 and all the plants on the side of the home are a nice touch, but the Casita needs a complete remodel so we'd take of that as well.😊😊😊 Hell I even liked those sofa's and chairs in front of the kitchen and all those pieces of art at the front entrance, so would I live here NO not really but yes I would buy this house to rent it out after I'm done doing all my work to it that I mentioned I could make a killing on that rent I would charge😊😊😊 you did good Chuck in touring this house I like it over all.😋😋😋

I love the home however there are certain things that need to be updated a bit. Except for the primary bedroom and bath. I feel the all the bathrooms need to be updated. For a Million + that feel and quality throughout especially when guests are over. Just updated NOT demoed just updated. Same with the casita but everything thing works. I love it. I personally would offer $1.1.5 million.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! The entry wall treatment looks hideous as does the marble wall in the office. I would love this house but I gut it by redoing the walls and the flooring. It currently looks cold and uninviting.
