I was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and the "worst" area in the whole city is "The Tenderloin". Vegas makes up the Tenderloin district through out the the entire city of Las Vegas except for a very FEW select areas!!!!! With all of the money that Vegas brings in, YOU would think that this kind of place would be better managed but it is quit obvious that the LOCAL government ONLY cares about the money that funnels through Vegas and not the people in IT!!!! I would debate anyone any day of the week as I am a fulltime rideshare driver that works in every square mile of the Las Vegas Valley and it is disgusting to see all day everyday!!!!

That's every city in America. From Skid Row to Kensington, PA to "The Zone" here in Phoenix. They'd rather cater to and serve people coming into the city, than actually spend state revenue and funding on helping the homeless population. Or cleaning up the city in general. California was onto something when they made boxcars into homes for the homeless, but there's so much bureaucratic tape that nobody is in them. There's specific things that need to happen for them to have housing. Now there's an issue with immigrants being bused in to large metro cities that already have a homeless problem. So, it's going to get worse before it ever gets better.
