Oh shoot thanks for telling me that! This video is from 2022. The parking lot in the viewing area has a chain blocking cars from coming into it but there’s no signs saying you can’t be there. I just parked across the street and just walked over to the viewing area to film this. I even saw a few cop cars pass by and they didn’t care I was there.
