This home has some amazing features. However, I’m disappointed that at that price point it has not reached the high luxury potential possible. Some of the finishes used at this price point could be considered offensive.

Meh, it looks cold and lacks a homey feel. It reminds me of an office building. I have seen very large mansions that are able to feel like a home but this one misses the mark. This house house a lot of square footage but very little wow factor.

Still on the market listed for 5,995,000. If anything I think you were too generous, given how quickly the vegas housing market is cooling I wouldn't be too surprised if this ends up being bank owned by the end of the year and sells at auction in the low-mid 4mil range.

Sadly, this has all the charm of an aircraft hangar. Blue heron seem to be a far better builder, with regards to finish and creating the feeling of actually being in a home rather than a place of business.

For this much the master bath has one toilet! Really!! I mean that is not luxury. most people will be couple in that master and many times it can happen both need to use the toilet. Having one is insane at this tier of price point! I Do like the wide halls stairs though. But no elevator? Again insane for this cost! I like the openness and all but too much use of white and would prefer nice wooden floors in non formal areas a bit more. One toilet though in master ugh! Even at Blue Heron beginning models it should be two toilets mandatory in master bath!

Very nice presentation and detailed explanation on the design and architecture specs, btw: your camera person can be pointing the lens towards what you're pointing at, so we can see it in detail. Zooming in and out would help, just an idea : )

Basements tend to be quite rare in Las Vegas. Even our pools tend to be only about 6ft in depth. Most of the valley is built on caliche. So it's VERY difficult to excavate and quite prohibitive cost wise. Thats why you tend to see THREE story homes with rooftops vs. 2 story homes with basements.
