OMG! I went to Guadalajara, Mexico in the fall of last year and the entry doors are huge just like this one, of most of the houses for sale. Some of the houses are Spectacular with the views of the city. Their pools out there are Extravagant. I went to visit a friend out there that retired and moved there. Spectacular City I would visit again.

Bruh. This house is just awesome, it looks jaw dropping, it's huge but well designed to feel comfy while still modern. One key thing you forgot was that the house also runs almost exclusively on solar panels, so the cost of electricity is next to nothing. The major lifting for the price also is due to the smart technologies infused. Nice video brother, keep doing awesome stuff. Also, if one didn't know, I'd have assumed it was designed & built by Blue Heron, only thing missing is the usual open space bathroom from them.

The entire home is beautiful inside and outside . I have always like details of a home aka Bells and Whistles. 22:53 *Know that's what I want in my Main Bathroom, Light Mirror , I seen them in 5 star hotels where we stayed* The main bathroom , has a Rain Shower , etccc . I like all the lighting in the Master Bathroom and the rest of the home.

Looks like terrazzo floors, which is not anything like concrete with epoxy. Those small stones in the floor are not just chips on the surface. You can google "terrazzo floors" for more detail.

You can see in the background all the amazing grading being done by the contractor. Of course, this comes at a cost, which ultimately passed on to the home buyer. This is absolutely beautiful home, but not for $15 million. That’s the problem with track home. You could build a way better home for $15 million if you did it on your own.

Not everything it should be for 15 mil. I would expect separate bathrooms for the primary, and every full bathroom would have a bidet. Also, there should be a urinal in the man's primary bathroom. Didn't see a room devoted to watching movies, etc. Need special lighting and sound system and huge screen. An exposed TV above the linear fireplace? We can't hide the TV even at 15 mil? No changing area/locker room for the pool guests? Beautiful home in many respects. Lack of warm wood makes all the metal and concrete seem cold.

The tile in the first bathroom are about 150 cats leaning to the left 45 degree and most people are dog lovers. The leather railing upstairs might be art to some but I see young children and cats and dogs going through it. Very unsafe and a 10 or 12 foot drop.

WOW, This is the first time I would say... they getting what they asking for this one... I would pay or place an offer of 12M max because I still want a insurance company to insure the home... If its anything like in California where if a home is too costly the owner has to create their own insurance policy because not many insurers will insure something so expensive... or they roll the home as a asset owned by their company..... when insurance insures this type of home they have a lot of demands ....LOL

With a house like this, you really only get one opportunity to get it right and if they're really wanting $15 million, they did NOT get it right. The most obvious is the floors but that's easily changeable. They orientated everything toward the view which is a mistake I think. Yes, show it off, but as a super fancy rich person, Im not trying to show off. You can show it off without being showy. The kitchen facing the view is not necessary. All of the led stuff might look as dated as a sunken living room in about 10 years. No real entry way. HUGE mistake. The main living area ceiling is uneccesarily high, and doesn't add anything to the home EXCEPT coldness. The whole house is cold, not extremely, but cold nonetheless. But with the ceilings, again, the designer trying to be showy. 12 ft ceilings are plenty high. Same thing with the pools, too much. My old rich ass isn't swimming like that. The amount of space doesn't allow for a pool like that. If the owner really wants that type of pool, they would put it in - they have the money. The best part would be the entry courtyard. Adds warmth. Overall, just an OK house, definitely not worth $15m - with the view, maybe $4.5m. I would only spend $2m because it's gonna take $5m to fix everything.
