Las Vegas,Nevada used to be a affordable place to live don't get me wrong it's still cheaper than Los Angeles,California.

NO ONE WANTS YOUR RENTAL UNITS. THEY WANT AFFORDABLE HOMES WITH AFFORDABLE INTEREST RATES.

@@885Blackjack wrong. I discriminate based on income and job title/position. My last tenant was the GM for a grocery store. They make good money. He has the capital to buy. He didn't want to because he was only in the area due to job telling him to run this location.. 2 years then back to his actual home city. Current tenant is prior military and now contractor (on the geek side, not battle rattle type). He doesn't want to buy because he doesn't want anything in his name.. including this rental. Lol. Believe it or not.. there is a market out there for people who are more than able to buy.. but don't want to.

Nooo that’s a con. As a local living in an apartment they need rent control and not for the greedy investors hands charging outrageamounts for rental.

Rent control?! Obviously you don't own property. I rent out homes.. no .. I would never vote to have rent control. I do agree that rent is high. The solution isn't rent control. How to lower cost of homes is the question we need answers to. Part of the problem is foreign entities buying property. No non Americans, individual or corporations, should be allowed to own property in the US. Also, our illegal alien population put a lot of pressure on home/rental affordability.

We need a rental ban it’s the highest it’s ever been that why we have thousands of homeless people we never had due to overpriced rent.

Stop the WALLSTREET INVESTORS from Purchasing majority of Homes and this will Drastically Bring Home Prices down. Nevada Politicians start doing your job.
