Telesco has to take some scrutiny for his free agency of letting Josh Jacobs go instead of matching his offer and signing Gardner . I know they thought they were gonna get a quarterback, but it’s just like when you make a fake punt or fake. Its too bad that it took a broken collarbone to finally be rid of Minshew, but thank goodness its mercifully over. Good luck to the dude on his next team. We finally get to see what AOC can do and right the wrong that was done to him at the start of the season. I'm glad the team is fighting. They are playing through so much adversity. When talk started about Pierce, I said if he was hired, the raiders would end up being the bottom feeders of the AFC West. Pierce would not be able to compete with the top tier coaches in the AFC West. I also said he would go 5-11. Looks like he proved me wrong there.

College and the Pros are 2 different worlds. Not all college QB game styles can translate to the pros. Be careful what you wish for when requesting or hoping for in a new rookie franchise QB. Raiders went to 4 Super Bowls (went 2-2) with a non-drafted QB (Lamonica, Plunkette, and Ganon). They went to just one with a drafted QB (Stabler). History tends to repeat itself in the NFL, so draft for the OL and DL and build out to offensive playmakers who can change the game to support a Vet QB who needs a change of scenery. The Sanders pick sounds more like a money grab (jersey and game tix sales) than a move for consistent winning. I do not believe the hype on both Sanders or any decision by the inept owner, Mark Davis. AP looks like a bust, and I thought he was special. Harbaugh has the LA Dolts headed to the playoffs. Thanks to Mr. Davis for listening to the fans and ruining this team again.

I disagree about Ridder. He did some really good things last year as a starter. O Connell is not a starting NFL QB, he has some skill but cant extend plays. To be a successful QB in the NFL you have to be able to do that some. I want to see what Ridder can do.
