lol- the tower is the Ipanema tower, like the "Girl from ....".You and I have been on a similar trajectory with the Rio. I first stayed in the renovated tower in Feb and I have stayed 3x since. I have been impressed with them. The new ownership group is really generous with room comps. I had a view like yours in August, but a couple of weeks ago got into a comped strip view that really nice. Have a great time on the rest of the trip.
