Terrific, fresh pasta! My daughter was raving about fresh pasta a while back, I've never tasted it - looks like I will be soon! Off to check up on Cookidoo, presume the pasta recipe is there too. Thanks Janice, you are the best! Btw, the fruit loaf turned out really well, only I think I need extra rising time, I'm down south on the coast in Victoria. And while I'm here - I bought the McKenzies granulated yeast, wondering the best place to keep it. It's a cardboard type container and I'm wondering if it's airtight?

Fresh pasta recipe is in the Basic Cookbook! I get the Lowan yeast which has the same type of packaging as the McKenzies yeast. I keep mine in the fridge all year round. Never had a problem with it. Cardboard tube with metallic bottom and plastic lid?

@@janicehall-thermomixconsultant Thanks for pointing me in the right direction for the pasta recipe! You probably mentioned it at the beginning but I wasn't listening properly. And thank for the yeast tip, yes, same packaging. Well great then, it can stay in the fridge! Having such fun, you are giving me a lot more confidence to try things!
