How do you keep the bechamel sauce in tact? When I made lasagne for the first time, the bechamel sauce disappeared into the pasta/sauce and the lasagne was so dry. Also, I’ve just discovered your channel today and I think you’re amazing! Totally obsessed. Love the video editing, recipes and your presenting style 💗

I think what could be happening to you is that your bechamel is a bit thin and so it seeps into the rest of the lasagna. Does that sound right? Thank you so much bree ❤️

or you can try a lower temperature setting on your oven / less cooking time :) that usually works for me
