Laser Cutting Si Foam

How we use our 20W desktop laser to cut EVA foam packaging (10mm thick in this case) for products. Yes, we even make some of our own packaging! In this case we're cutting the 3 pieces of EVA foam we use for Silicon - lower outside case foam, upper outside case foam, and Silicon support inner foam.
All 3D CAD is done with Alibre, we export to DXF. DXF is read into LaserGRBL and cleaned up, then exported to a microSD card for use in the Elegoo Phecda laser cutter.
Why this laser cutter? It's big. REAL big. We wanted something that could handle small AND big pieces, and the Phecda is the choice here.
