So I asked a question about what was he doing to the head stone in the room a couple of days ago? After doing more research I figured out he was sandblasted the stencil for the lettering. Is the laser not able to take care of the whole job or will we have to outsource the sandblasting part of the job?

Hi Alex! You can laser the die completely. For this particular job, the customer requested sandblast lettering.

Making headstones is something I am really interested in starting to do. We have a few co2 lasers already and a cnc router and cnc plasma also... surely we could come up with some neat stuff lol

Hi there! Our SN1812 and SN2616 come with LightBurn, while the SN2816 and larger come with CorelDraw and Photograv.

Why not use pins or dowels between base and headstone? it will be such a shame for such beautiful headstone to tip over in few years because stainless steel dowels were not installed to secure it to the base. glue/adhesive will crack in few years. Very common problem here in Florida and its really sad to see headstones about to tip over.
