The holder is supposed to be something solid&rigid and a flexible pad between it and the rubber. In other words, you need a soft cushioning between your stamp rubber and a solid block of holder to apply ink properly.

Hi, can everybody help me, please? all is ok, but ramp effekt not working, letter is so think. it's any diferent when ramp efekt is 0,3 or 0,9mm. I have RD Works V8. This time i give contour on the stamps letter, but i don't like it. thank you

Will these parameters work for the Chinese Thunder Laser machine too? I'm using one that is almost identical to the one from your other series of videos, and I'm having trouble with the stamp I'm working on. Any advice?

Hi Nathan, Russ uses an EFR 60W tube so you will have to base your parameters on that basis. He was also using a special laser engravable rubber sheet from Hobarts so you need to check if your product is similar. Otherwise, I would just double-check that your optics are clean and aligned and try again. Regards Gareth @ Thinklaser
