Laser and IPL are two different things. You cannot do laser at home, these at-home devices are IPL. Only professionals can perform laser in a clinic and the device doesn't look like this. Update: I've tried shaving razor for the very first time in my life and I didn't do on my face just did test on my arm on a small area and after 5-10 minutes I've started itchiness, rash and developed bumpy skin like mosquito bites which is quite stingy later on so PLEASE MAKE SURE do patch test First.
