How to print on Milk Tea Cups using i-Transfer Multi-function Roller Machine and Plastic Coating?
Featured Items:
1. i-Transfer Multi-Function Roller
2. i-Transfer Hard Surface Paper (Matte)
3. Plastic Coating
4. Transparent Silicone Pad
5. Teflon Sheet
*Recommended hard surface paper to use is Matte
1. Print your design (mirrored) on your laser printer.
2. Cut your design.
3. Set Roller Machine to 150°C
4. Apply plastic coating on part where you want to transfer the design.
5. Use a transparent silicone pad so that your cup won’t have marks from the roller machine.
6. Press it for 3 to 5 pass/rolls.
7. For print durability and matte finish, repress it with Teflon sheet along with the pad for 2 to 3 pass/rolls.
*Tips: To remove dust from plastic cup, use a cloth with alcohol then wipe the cup.
You can also use a baking paper as an alternative pad, use a two sheet.

I think this practice is against cGMP. Handling such food container products must pass series in Q.C and Q.Checks, including but not limited to microbiological test, identification and the required test as per current standards. Another concern is if the print is food safe or if it has any toxic chemicals that can leach to the plastic. Remember, these cups are stacked during storage and the print directly touches the inside of the cup stacked above it.

These same cups get touched just as much in fast food restaurants from people packaging them, to employees unpacking them, setting the out in shop, then actually grabbing them to make your drink. Make sure you use gloves

I don't think you can. If it takes 5 minutes per cup, each machine can only produce about 96 cups per 8-hour shift. You need about 52 of these machines with 52 persons to produce 5,000 pieces in a typical work day.

Huh?! U sanitized the outer part but inside hindi tapos pinasok nyo pa kamay nyo. Yong cups po namin hndi na namin tinanggal sa plastic habang hindi ginagamit,useless na nga po ang cup rack kasi po iniiwasan namin ma alikabukan.When we make Milktea,hndi napo namin nililinisan ang cups,sana po practise nyo hygiene para sa kalusogan ng consumer.
