Lasers bounce off of mirrors. Then they can bounce off another mirror. Then They can keep bouncing off of the mirrors until they get stuck in a loop of bouncing.

Spoilers for anyone who wants to play the game on their own 5: the lazer was barely even going towards the 5th player and was going towards 2 more than anything else so I was kind of surprised when 2 didn't lose from the start
