This is incredibly helpful. I purchased Clubman 1800 several years ago and got thrown into the deep end. I just saw cool without any of such basic training. It would be great to see more of these basic explanatory videos.

Very good video, can I know what kind of camera you use to record videos or what kind of camera would be good to record lasers in good quality?

Global shutter is the best but you can match the laser to your camera fps to prevent screen scanning

@@hexarts For video always use 60 FPS and adjust shutter speed to less than 1/30. I frequently use 1/15. I shoot on a SONY ILCE-7SM3. On this camera I can usually use ISO 500 for less grain and great blacks.

Hi! 😊 We primarily use the Panasonic Lumix S DC-S1H as our main camera for video shoots.

Its a mixture... If you want to shoot at a normal shutter speed of like 1/50 or 1/60, then your laser content will need to be optimized. Though a good starting point is 1/30. Shooting lower than this can sometimes give unrealistic results of the laser output, though I have seen otherwise use 1/20 or 1/15. However it would be ideal to note that camera laser will not look good if the content is too complicated and the FPS output of the laser frame is too low, so much of the time its a balancing act of the camera operator and the laser designer.
