Why did you guys advertise that LP4 does a contour preview? Mine only does square or a center dot? Am I missing something or did you falsely advertise this?

Is there a setting that determines whether you’re engraving on the inside versus outside of an object (bracelet for example)? Also, is there any instruction on setting the parameters to engrave the inside of a ring, but with an angle adjustment to compensate for the need to “tilt” the ring to get to the inside? I’d hate for the engraving to appear smaller on top then the bottom due to angle/pitch… (hope that makes sense). I’m trying to learn this thing (love it so far, LP4 is my first tho)… Thank you for your videos and help!!!

I am a newbie and had this problem today. The desktop software is clearly an afterhought - not even a proper application on Mac - no "Quit"? ANd very unclear. I'm not happy with it.

Will the LP2 be updated so that LP2 owners can use the rotary extension also with their LP2? I have both the LP2 and the LP4.. but I was unsure about buying the expensive rotary extension.. if i could use it with both LP2 and LP4 the choice would be easier

Do not buy this machine if you need step by step detailed instructions on any of the features, software and hardware. Buy it if you like hunting thru the internet and KZbin for answers.

Lack of respect for your customers. When it comes to selling, it's one thing, but when it's time to give assistance, it's not possible. The rotation attachment doesn't allow me to set the size I want and now I'm rotation stopped. I am very dissatisfied, no one gives me support to solve the problem.
