Same here.. it kind of seems like I started invention before leaving for a long break... came back about a month ago and my bank is full of things I don't remember what they are o.0 I came across an invention work table at the forge in ardy and had a lot of fun doing all the "puzzles" but now they are done and apparently I can think of nothing else to make or do. I poked around in the shop where doc is but nothing gave me anything to work on..

I never could be assed to figure out how invention worked. I'm currently doing 8 THOUSAND protean cogs during double xp. Miserable. I thought maybe it was time to try to figure it out. a couple searches in came this video. Thank you so much for making it, you explained it so simply and to the point. Master twerk armor. This is definitely the best invention guide I've seen. I'm glad you started with a breakdown of how to actually train the skill before getting into perks. When I first tried to pick up this skill it was extremely confusing. Definitely worth it, though. I would not want to be soloing Nex without venomblood/mobile.

Pro tip, only do discoveries on things you plan on using, then save the rest for dxp weeks! If you have the herblore to make extreme invention pots you can boost +17 levels (at 55+) and do high level discoveries for crazy xp. I went from 75-85 in 30 minutes today for free by going through and discovering everything then boosting again. There's a lot of very high xp discoveries from 80-100

@@John_Rod yeah dxp is weird for invention. It doesn't affect xp gains from siphoning but items level 1.5x faster so you can get really quick xp doing ed3 runs for abyss afk
