For those asking, EDM works like previous Dragonmancer units: they get a special item to chose who will be the Chosen/Sampled EDM, and instead of gaining stats or anything, all the EDM units share the Sampled EDM spell and cast it every few seconds. They dont clone the Chosen stats, but they do the exact same spell based on the Chosen Star level. (For short: Sampled EDM will cast their spell and the other EDM's will clone the base Damage of that spell based on the Star Level but not the stats of the Sampled EDM, however, the items that each EDM have will factor on the Damage calculation.) Each EDM has a different rate for sample (cast the Sampled EDM spell) and these are the values: Jax: 8 seconds. Lux: 8 seconds. Zac: 9 seconds. Zed: 7 seconds. 2 EDM's will activate the trait, with 80% of the Base Damage of the spell. 3 EDM's use 90% of the Base Damage of the spell. 4 EDM's use 100% of the Base Damage of the spell and cast 1 second faster. 5 EDM's use 120% of the Base Damage of the spell and cast 2 seconds faster. You need to have a Headliner EDM to reach the last level, since there's not a EDM Soul or Emblem, sadly. I hope this helps to understand how EDM works and how to play around it: - Make sure you 3 Star your Chosen EDM to maximize the power of the Sampled Spells. - Give your units AP to enhance the Sampled Spell and some Spell Crit to land stronger hits. - Don't fill your board with duplicates, as EDM only works on the strongest of all 4 units. - Zed uses AD instead of AP, so he's usually not the Sampled EDM, unless you give everyone AD instead.

all 5 costs are bad af xD (1-2 star I mean). And it's hard to hit 3 star But Healing Sona is good (with guinsoo and shojin she makes your frontline immortal), I use it almost in every comp But my favourite is Ziggs, because it's my favorite champ of all time

If your opponent have kda akali it'd be best to have illaoi and put the tentacle on the backline each side to prevent akali killing lux, and the tentacle can regenerate each illaoi use skill

Lux was a "chosen" edm unit (you get a special item when you put EMDs on the board). She shares her spell with other EDMs

Play an iilaoi over sett is actually better against akali, she will target the tentacles and dash back to the front line, and when illaoi cast, the tentacles revive. Making akali target them again.
