This was a really fun map to play for round 1. I was heavily considering Kindle for this too but defaulted to Max, loved him here.

Deejus, your expounding on there being 'no dedicated weakside' at 16:30 brought to mind very vividly the scene from Naruto where Might Guy teaches Rock Lee how to anticipate his opponent's 50th move ahead; The secret is to lead the opponent with your own moves to draw out certain responses, thereby directing the flow of combat into a desirable state. One predicts 50 moves ahead by deliberately taking actions to elicit certain responses and counter-responses.

Yeah it's a really great map with lots of viable COs (in T2) and ways to play the map. Max/Kindle/Lash all work, maybe Olaf can be considered, but even Eagle is viable. Eagle's got a real d2d with the copter presence here and Lightning Strike is really scary with the short reinforce distances. And ofc Sami is another T2 CO that's viable but she would've been too good so she was banned.

32:50 I think I would intentionally baselock myself for a turn by not moving the new md tank, and buy a fighter from the airport instead. Opponent has 2 copters in the area but no anti-air, and the fighter blocks the neotank as well.

Day 14: I would have played this position much differently. MD tank on base stands its ground and kills an infantry. Other MD tank clears airport infantry. 5HP MD tank attacks 8HP tank from the city. Airport builds a fighter.

Oh man, a fighter build by on day 13 would’ve been epic, no AA around to injure it and you could take out those pesky copters plus block units from blocking your base. Gg!

Day 6: I think he was actually correct in building the AA. Without an AA to cover the infantry there are 2 cities in range of your copter that he wouldn't be able to cap, and without any AAs being built you would send your copter south and build another copter to keep denying the cities, he would be behind on caps and forced to build 2 AAs anyway.

I lost my match here in a Max mirror, where my opponent built the first copter, and I felt behind ever since. I also made the mistake of building a vehicle from top left base, and immediately regretted it. All that said I timed outta my match 😅😅😅😂😂 ggwp

I think another huge mistake steezer makes is not blocking your base on day 12. Instead of putting that ridiculous 4hp infantry on the left side, put the copter, and keep the anti air around to deal with a potential build from the airport. Plus he could start capturing your airport, leaving your free medium tank as only possible interrupt, in range of a neo.

At 18:46 and 19:03 the solution for Steezer would have been to get the infantry on the bottom montain and the other one just under it, then build a infantry or any stuff on factory than a B.Copter. With this setup the B.copter would have been shielded and ready to respond and more usefull than a second anti-air.

I went kindle because her copters are so much better than lash’s, you still get most of the early infantry advantage and urban blight is super strong on mixed base

This map is crazy. My match isn't done yet but I'm a Kindle going against a Max. We been pummeling each other the whole time. I considered Max but outside the copters and vehicle movement, the lack of defensive options and weaker infantry (compared to Kindle and Lash), it's brutal for him. Kindle and Lash have an easier time stealing cities and towers too.
