You also need to catch an ennemy spawning or hit them first to fly since they are invisible. So usual speedrun flies don't work as much.

Aside from doing the flies itself, it looks like you have a split second before they actually are in camo. This means that you have a small time window to land it.

I remember having to kill a ton of ultras to satisfy the requirements of getting the white energy sword, that is now one of my most prized trophies in Halo. I remember every Elite being an Ultra, and discovering that getting close enough was enough to goad them into a duel - and win easily. That, or have them sit still for an instant-kill stick. Honestly, it was very cool to learn how enemies worked. It also taught me how easy Ultras actually are when you know how to exploit them properly.
