Lassie - Episode

Timmy gets in a tussle while playing football and ends up with a black eye which develops into a "real shiner". His bravery for standing up for himself earns him the respect of his big classmates. Ruth, however, worries about Timmy getting hurt and forbids him to play football with his bigger classmates. But Timmy defies his mother so he won't be called a "Momma's Boy." Paul's reaction is a riot - he's just as excited as Timmy with the black eye, and quite proud of Timmy, much to Ruth's chagrin. A very cute scene with Paul teaching Timmy how to make a fist correctly, and the two talking about how mothers always worry.
