Lassie - Episode

Lassie is accidentally locked in a delivery truck while playing on the shipping dock of a farm market. When she finally escapes from the truck after the drivers open it, she is far away from home and begins a long journey back. This three part episode aired February 18th, 25th, and March 4th and received rave reviews. It is probably one of the most sentimental and beautifully filmed of all the Lassie episodes - a television adaptation of the classic movie "Lassie, Come Home". It also stands in media history as the first 3 part story made for television.
