Lassie - Episode

A tame coyote is cared for by a retired forest ranger who would like to see the coyote return to the wild, but he worries she might get injured on some of the traps he's been finding set illegally on his property. While Corey and Lassie are visiting, a male coyote comes calling, and the female decides to go off with him. But a local rancher, determined to rid the countryside of "the pests" takes a shot at her and wings her. Both Lassie and the male coyote decide to give the rancher the "run around" the countryside to keep him from finding the little female who is hidden under some sagebrush.
