It is a foundational agreement that signed by India and United States to improve military Communion and secure the exchange of sensitive information. 3. BECA - ( BASIC EXCHANGEAND COOPERATION AGREEMENT) * Founded in 1920 by ARTHUR GRAY. It is a pact between UNITED STATES and INDIA that allows them to share military information.
