I watched this so long ago but it still feels like yesterday, such an amazing narrative, excellent story telling, great setting, beautiful music and a unique and charming art and animation style from start to finish. This anime will always have a place in my top 10.

When I watched this series I was feeling miserable after the ending but as I settled down and got over it i realized what an amazing anime this was, despite its animation not being fricken attack on titan level. This anime had an amazing story, great characters, loved the ost's and the fights were always worth the 40 minute dialogue. Overall Katanagatari is easily one of my favorite anime's of all time and I'm so upset that it's so under rated.
