Most people don't seem to understand, this is the LAST DELIVERED XL, so they will be in use for the next 20/30 years, no more production or orders of XL, now they will be fully in service :) They will be seen more than before

consider that nobody except airbus themselves use the beluga, it’s their own personal big cargo plane for delivering aircraft parts

@@datutturugang666 that's all gonna change as Airbus has recently opened an air cargo company which will exclusively use the classic Beluga airplanes (so NOT the newer XL versions. I think the reason for all the confusion in the comments is that the word "delivery" could mean the aircraft itself was delivered from the factory (the intended meaning) or a payload was delivered somewhere BY the aircraft, which is what a lot of us thought when we saw the video title.

The first generation of Beluga's have a lot of differences compared to today's Beluga. Many things stay the same though, The Beluga Whale Shape, The large cargo capacity and it being an Airbus Transporter. The new beluga today does have a mouth around the cockpit and winglets, as it is an A330-743l, and the predecessor was an A300-600ST.
