I think of you often. I recently finished my second course of chemo for ovarian cancer. My scans have been clear for 6 months. I’m so sorry you have to deal with this when you are so young. But sharing your experiences helps so many people, especially the young. Keep posting please.

Dude, I looked back at the photo of your eye before your treatment and you look so much better now. Chemo is not fun. I had radiation for a 6-week period and it was not a big deal. By the end it was making me tired but that's really it. Good luck and there are a lot of people backing you up!

@@mikenyc22 Yo Mike! How are you holding up after the chemo? If I'm not wrong, you're two days past it now, and probably aren't feeling wonderful. Just remember....you don't have to do this again, and your body will be back to normal once the chemo has done it's job. Hope you're hanging in there!

Thanks for the update. I’m glad you’re doing Proton. I have traumatic cataracts in both eyes from chemical burns but I get by just fine. Ask Radiologist besides their salves/ointments, if you could use natural Aloe Vera gel from an Aloe Vera plant. You just break off the stems to get to the gel. Amazing healing properties for burnt skin! Ideally buy the plant as opposed to a bottle of the gel. Give it a nice sunny window. The glory of it all is this: the two fastest healing areas of our body are the eyes & mouth. This is so we can SEE to make the hunt and then EAT the hunt to stay alive. So eyes heal quick. :)
