It's common in most cartoons. Spongebob has the eyebrows which are common with the other characters in the show, which still look nothing like eyelashes imo. Contrast Spongebob with some depictions of Pearl, who is sometimes shown with eyelashes on the bottem of her eyes for a better example.

PROBABLY THE BEST VERSION YET. holy peaks Tho what would be cool is that when zalgo is posessing tails it should have different chromatic because he just sounds like xeno which kinda fits sonic but not so much on tails but then again its just an idea and it already sounds pretty good (the voice kinda fits zalgo tho so). also for the end part where the music goes to a rapid speed (im not sure if that part is unfinished so just let me know) it should play a chase scene, tails is running and zalgo is chasing him, they both are singing rapidly until eventually tails is caught and killed. also just a question, Is this zalgo basically just the one who corrupts all media(like zalgo text for example) or is this just a specific demon for the sonic2.exe game. I haven't really read the lore or whatever so i'm just assuming it's the same zalgo lmao

Basically, Eggman got this mirror thing and made a deal with Zalgo. He brought Tails to that mirror & Tails was sucked into the mirror realm, where he “died”, and that gave Zalgo the opportunity to possess Tails’ body. Sonic discovers Tails being possessed by Zalgo, fights against him, but gets possessed by Zalgo instead. Zalgo, now possessing Sonic destroys Eggman’s base and that leaves Eggman no choice but to team up with Tails, so they place a fake Tails in front of spikes for Zalgo to get out of Sonic and possess it, but it was pushed into the wall of spikes instead, and using that opportunity, Eggman forces Zalgo to possess Tails Doll. (That’s the story as I remember it, sorry if it’s not that accurate.)

i think i understand the lore of this song lore:eggman found some sort of relic or item that upon touching it released zalgo(monster dude) eggman saw this and thought "maybe this guy could defeat sonic" but after that he betrayed him and left (he mightve killed him)now that zalgo knows about sonic and that he is a powerfull being he disguised himself as tails (he did not possess real tails) with intentions of taking over his body. after the open your eyes part of the song he succesfully takes over him. (i dont know how tails knew what was going on so i wont say anything about that) zalgo tells tails everything and then makes his final transformation. keep in mind this all might be wrong this is just the bits and pieces I've put together
