You should design a tote bag that’s kind of like a blank copic chart except instead of filling each space with color you fill it with a One of your buttons. It’ll turn your buttons into collectibles for your fans. People will try their hardest to collect them all and fill each space of the tote bag . (And you make bank 🤑) it would be fun lol

You should totally get one (two?) of those plastic snap-together shelves (like from Canadian Tire, they're always on sale, like under $20) because you can build them as tall or short as you want. You could put all your prints and stuff either behind you and tape your banner to that, making a flap, OR you could build them short to fit under your tables, for organization! Or maybe you're fine as-is, I don't know. Just an idea.

The thing with a fall and spring convention is some people may not have had the time off for a late year convention but they will have it for a spring one. Different people will go to different ones for sure, especially if they have the appeal of different celebrity guests for the next one. I think it'll be fine even if 4~ months away

You could make an accordian style folder with your prints using posterboards folded in half and cardboard on the outside. You may want to store them in something more sturdy during travel, but it works great once you get to the convention.

I went to AnimeExpo this past summer and one artist had one of those plastic drawer containers for over forty different pins so maybe you should do something like that to have all your pins out but take up less space.

I think now that you have the bulletin board with all your pins you can move your pin boxes under your table. thats how a lot of people leave more space on their tables. especially if youre gonna have tote bags, ur book, enamel pins (maybe), smaller prints, and sticker packs, etc. just a tip!

If you tiered your button cases somehow, one case above another, think fruit stand set up - flat board divided into sections propped up on an angle, that would get all the cases on one table and still have room for other things.

I used to use Got 2 B Glued when I cheered and that will keep your hair locked where ever you want it to be! I used to take my ponytail out and my hair would just be stuck in the same position!

I can’t wait to see how your costume comes out! When you sew the white floofy top, you can use tissue paper or toilet paper on both sides of it so it doesn’t get sucked into the machine. You can sew right on the paper and then tear it away. I learned this the hard way with terry cloth. >_>
