Last day of current Routing, Transport UK 2573 on bus route 45 (2)

Today is the last day of 45 going from Elephant and castle and Clapham Park from tomorrow the section between Elephant and castle and camberwell green will be replaced with existing routes and the section between streatham hill and Clapham Park Will be replaced with the 59 and the 45 will be extended to Morden replacing the 118.
