OMG, this is so much fun! I loved all the previous years when you did this too. I'm a firm believer in letting kids be kids for as long as possible because adult life can be so intensely hard. This is the kind of stuff that makes your childhood so memorable and the types of traditions they will probably carry on with their kids. Love it, love it, love it!

Funny, I found that Braxton got taller last year. He and Brinley will be junior high schoolers after summer break. I noticed a couple of months ago that Anavaeh is taller than Braxton, who is her older biological brother. Like Aubrey and Addison. I like to read the comments from different perspectives, as they show interesting details.

Y’all make my heart smile. I wish I did this for my son. He did so well . Children need to know when they do well. I was always told negatives or when I did good it was don’t get a big head etc. so I never knew how to take a compliment or trust when someone was really telling the truth.

I hope you kids are enjoying the summer break from the schools. In Georgia, the school year ended on May 22. In Virginia, it'll end in mid-June. I don't squeeze ketchup on my scrambled eggs. Sometimes, I squeeze mustard and ketchup on my shredded hash browns and diced breakfast potatoes. Sometimes, I squeeze honey barbecue sauce on my hash browns and diced potatoes. You made me wanna squeeze mustard and ketchup on my hotdogs and cheeseburgers. 🍔🌭 Walmart Supercenter is my favorite store.
