1.8 now. The raiding system only mirrors player bases. Duplicates them. You don't actually get your base raided. There is only multiplayer setup in sector 7 which isn't much right now. There will be multiplayer later on so great tips here for setting up a base. I hope its still viable in future updates! And its fun to make bases harder to loot.

What I did was 3 layers to my house, a outer wall that's 2 walls thick, then spike traps then my actual base Lol ľd like to see them try to get through that

@@abishlalr5368 multiple doorways, creating decoy rooms just to waste time and resources. Make then think the door at the very start is the way but its not, the real path is through the back, lots of twists and turns but it works

The worst a Zombie horde can do is tear down a couple walls. Make sure you're not at your base when the zombie horde arrives.

They can't break any level wall but zombie horde can

+Franklin Tuviera if the room where the box is placed is accessible then the box will be accessible too..but if you build the base the way I did the box should not be accessible.. And ofcourse devs can fix it if the want..

+LCGPTheWolf that is an unsolved problem(using box)..there is a 50% chance that the intruder breaks the correct wall and gets access to the inside of your base.. this problem can be solved easily using turret which is not yet available.. I will provide detailed tips as soon as the update is out...

Hey in the new update furniture and chest needs to be break down,also there's already a safe but I still don't know how to break it because I never encounter it in a raid thus you can only have 4 turrets so limit is a big disadvantage.

Safe can be opened only using metal cutter I believe.. Btw this base design will still be effective with the current changes..

I don't really understand the use of the spikes though, because you will always need a door to get in and out of your base so you can't put spikes in front of the door or you will die too. Replacing them every time you leave the base is so annoying and you will forget it, so they can always just break that door instead of the towers.

+Kim Engels I understand your concern and it's annoying for me as well..but when it comes to the security of your stuffs you won't forget it I believe.. Also turrets will be for defence when mp comes out so put it at the right place and you are good to go

+karan leyal the difference between coc and LDOE is that once you place a wall, you can not move it anymore (in LDOE).. So it's not possible to show how I build my base is not really possible. But I will be making a video on my base tour which should help you understand the base design..
