By the way, there was a multiplayer in D.O.Z. at the start of closed beta test, and we’re working hard to bring it back in a totally new and much cooler form. We respect and like the things that Kefir does, but we definitely have nothing in common with this company. Dawn of Zombies is independent project from the very beginning, and Royal Ark was founded by people who who are not related to Kefir at all.

I played both the games too. In ldoe there is very little scope for free to play players as of now the seasons and updates are mostly shop based. DOZ is now my favourite survival game in terms of free to play stuff , all the rewards devs provide and also the points you mentioned.

It has great potential, but kefir gave upon ldoe and are focusing on frost born. LDOE was their testing ground. LDOE will always be in beta version to test things. And the only "updates" we will be getting is seasons and celebration tasks with differently modified zombies. So the truth is, LDOE is dead

I haven't played DOZ but I totally agree with your views about LDOE. To be honest, there is not much in it for f2p players unless you play for hours every day. The devs are more focused on making money rather than providing interesting new events.

I'm a full LDOE player and honestly think you ranked everything accordingly. I am however primarily a free to play player, and pretty much the only thing I'll pay for is premium. I played DOZ for a while too, but honestly think it cant compete with LDOE in the long term as it has much more content that can keep you occupied for years. I've been playing it on multiple accounts since it was first released to beta testers. I've had it on every device I've owned since its release. I've held my most recent account for three months and only finished my chopper last week, for the very first time ever since I started playing. Can't wait to start the grind for the ATV which might take a year or more. I'm only level 104 though, so I cant wait. Imo there's much more potential in LDOE, DOZ has a singular and linear timeline and story of events whereas LDOE has many for you to fulfill and the opportunity for them all to tie in together. So I will always say LDOE all the way.

Gotta disagree with you there pal doz already attracted a lot of players from ldoe especially the f2p.im lvl 180 in ldoe but I quit cause they keep making shitty seasons filled w shitty rewards for f2p the rewards it gives are shit compared to the amounts of resources your using.ldoe has so much potential but devs greed are ruining it.meanwhile in doz it's very friendly to f2p all weapons and armor are available to you you just have to find them in locations and zones.there are a lot of things you dont know about doz and I think it's being worth competed at ldoe.doz only need multiplayer and they already teased that in one of their videos.

It has evolved greatly since then. i've been playing ldoe since 2017 (lvl 120) and i must admit, it's getting repetitive. The storyline is all over the place. Tbh, there's no actual definitive storyline unlike DoZ. Graphics, game mechanics, content, grind, story, and especially rewards, they all surpass ldoe now. Sector 7 is even terrible, clans are inactive now because quite a number of people have just given up on the game. The only thing to keep it interesting is to raid(even that). This season is just MEH! Rewards are the same and not worth the grind. I still play it tho and anytime i switch to DoZ, huge contrast. Kefir needs to revive the game.

Royal Ark games is a Russian company, much like Kefir and the others. That makes your regard about copyright even more applicable. I think you may be right on the spot with that right one. I'm a GSS player and to be honest I worry about the future of the game since it's a really big concept that may or may not see completion. Your theory about Kefir! creating many games as different companies to avoid calling attention seems interesting and give me hope. We'll see how it develops, hope you are right on this one.

Yeah, I went from ldoe to DOZ for the reasons listed in this video, and also because energy management is much easier in DOZ. I can play for as long or as little as I want without feeling like I'm wasting energy by not playing. And I never have to miss a map event for lack of energy. (Also I'm a filthy casual and DOZ is easier for a more casual gamer)

My personal opinions: 1. The graphic section should also cover the style of the games. The reason I play ldoe and fborn is because the graphic of every other games hurt my eyes. The simplicity of ldoe and the style of frostborn is what I want. 2. A new category called Store Ratings should be added. 3. Irrelevant but I need to say it: Fborn series' background music is getting super lame. You might need to find a new better one.

Ok, after my last comment got thinking about how boarder line dull Ldoe has been with these seasons (to me) and re-downloaded Dawn Of Zombies (on my IPad it let me choose to continue from my LAST file when I got to ‘character creator’) and was looking at the “Pay To Win” item prices and I have to say, it looks like it’s WAY more expensive to be “p2w” on DOZ, it’s like they are trying to discourage it while Ldoe is prices are like “Come on, you know you want to! Look how cheap our offer is!” Lol. Yeah, idk if I’d want to be p2w in my DOZ account- however for the record, this is taking NOTHING from the game’s tantalizing appeal! The thing with ldoe is that it is straight forward and easy to just say what is better than what but in doz there is a variety of items that are all easy to get including legendaries. I didn’t get many points in a New Years event and got 2 legendaries. There are also the monthly legendaries in the game but sadly they removed the upgrader

DOZ had multiplayer in its begining(u can actually see some russian youtubers' playing multiplayer..) but as far as IK it was locked for now and being worked for future. The game is actually built on a multiplayer code...unlike ldoe where they made it single player compactable only(its the reason they made sector 7 as a game in a game). but all the other points you said were correct. short term content wise i do prefer ldoe cus playing it in long term made me feel its heavily p2w(idk how's it now since i had not been playing...) IMO doz needs a lot of exposure, people like you need to make constant videos to boost its popularity which can help its production speed..

Hey man, just wanted to point out that the devs for DoZ don't really give out that much, at least not in the way you showed in this video. They simply employ a very simple sales strategy that has been used (famously by car lots) for quite some time. Basically they decide the price they want to sell stuff at and then to make it look like a great deal they add another more expensive price and say that it is on sale, but it really isn't. It is a simple trick that makes people think they are saving huge amounts of money, but it is pretty obvious since in the several months I played those prices never changed that they aren't actually sale prices, they are the intended retail price just disguised.

Played both games but DOZ is the one gave me the fear of dying when I went to the warehouse/slammer than when I explored Bunkers in LDOE The sound and screams of people turning gives chills not to mention the kind of monsters you got to fight

DOZ is pretty like LDOE but with better graphics and questlines. And random global events makes sense with the story, trading is good to and with loyalty. The more you trade NPCs the better their relationship with you. Plus enemies got weakness agains certain type of element(cold, fire, electricity, bleeding) There are places that requires great skill to clear too and events are awesome

The only issue which I think DOZ has is that it is REALLY slow. Stuff like weapons or armor are pretty easy to find cause the devs are really generous (god bless them for that) but getting normal resources are a bit grindy and it can take you AGES to level up and the managing inventory space is such a pain for free to play players, like I spend over two hours trying to arrange out items Rath doing the actual game

They both require money to actively progress within the game. The stamina, weapon degradation, hunger, and thirst systems will ruin your experience because you won’t be able to refill them easily. Finding material and not dying will be rough and when you do die, those starter items, that make life easier, will be gone too. To play either of these games be prepared to cough up some dough to have a respectable playtime experience.

I agree with all you've said, I've got just few points you have not clear out about DoZ, at first, there is a one thing that you can't (for now) get F2P and that's the 15 slot backpack, also you've been comparing content... That's cool, but maybe it could be good to compare current content of DoZ, and content that LDoE had when it was just a 1 year old game, but it's not really a big of a deal, and the last thing I wanted to say is that I'm on 90% percent sure that DoZ is not a secret Kefir project, because me and my friend on discord were searching whole net and DoZ devs (royal ark) is settled in south Europe and they're just completely different, you can judge that by their speaking etc, also by their discord server, all kefir game servers have the same roles etc, or the same channels or rules, but DoZ is completely different :) but overall nice video 😄

Doz is not for player with potato device..then again if ur using potato device connection might be an issue in LDOE, i knew this cos in ldoe when u got lag the mobs still attacking..doz might be better since they r using some programming to ignore weak connection...and i agree much on the f2p content..much of doz superior arsenal took less time to get and in doz basically ur much more action oriented especially with new updates which made things much much lesser grinding..overall im satisfy with doz though..

I actually had started a Dawn Of Zombies save file! Some months ago but not often enough able to be online enough to keep up with two games and not ready to give up Ldoe, particularly with how much time (& yes, money) I have invested in it. I like(d) DoZ, just I started Ldoe first so... It won out, otherwise I’d be a strait up DoZ player as it thrives in luster! As far as multiplayer, I don’t care much for the drama, irritation, frustration and other things that can & does come out of playing with others. People get so full of themselves and seem to often just use multiplayer to be bullies or otherwise troublemakers and me, I want to enjoy my time when playing a game- nothing upsetting so, no multiplayer or inferior multiplayer means nothing to me. Multiplayer is a fun concept but only when done with friends IMO.

Last Day on Earth is expired, along with Kefir! games, since they don't have the ideas that DoZ devs have., so its easy to say DoZ is the new age. Even Rise of Kingdoms they have a way to manuver troops on the map without sending the home first. No game similar to Rise Of Kingdoms has ever done that, and the heroes in Rise Of Kingdom and their abilities and graphics are also great. Til a game copies army manuvering on map and adds cool heroes ingame, RoK will still be on top, despite it being on edge of dying, since people are tired of Pay2Win

DOZ is good when compared to LDOE. LDOE is like old game and it don't have sooo many advanced option. If you play DOZ and after that you try LDOE, LDOE will be soo annoying and boring like helll. @@chastonvanderwesthuizen8155 ldoe keeps making shitty seasons that's why it's going down the drain the rewards are only worth it if you pay for the season pass.unique armors and weapons are only available in premium while in doz all armors and weapons are available for you you just have to find them in events and locations.one more thing the storyline in doz is more complex than you think.also doz isn't a cheap knockoff its a better version of ldoe.maybe you haven't played it yet.fyi a lot of ldoe players specially the f2p players are quitting ldoe for doz the reason its very friendly to f2p players.the only reason ldoe is still alive are the paying and veteran players of the game.

the whole thing that i understand are, Kefir only milking players money whie they can't provide a content that satisfied players. it's not only LDOE, but also Frostborn and Grim souls. meanwhile Royal Ark's D.O.Z are on their stable way to provide players a good content that satisfy players.

There is something that doesn't add up with the lack of permanent updates for LDOE. If you keep your experienced players by adding permanent content, your cash flow increases, right? It's better than being a revolving door. I have 2 theories, 1. Is that there is a huge LDOE update coming, a new location, titanium, bunker Charlie ect. OR they are trying to make the multiplayer work (which IMO would have to incorporate all the work people put in in single player mode). I think either one could be really good actually. What I don't like is the idea that LDOE is just a "cash grab" and they've given up. It's like their most popular game, why would they just never add titanium? Would be such a simple thing and would SIIGNIFICANTLY motivate old and new players. It's supposed to be a grind, all they have to do is add the next level of grind. Anyway, love your videos man hopw you read this!

Honestly im not a fan of storylines especially as low level player in doz as it is impossible to clear the warehouse at lvl 30 and wasting weapon s in doz is a lot more expensive inbldoe as you can easily clear the bunker alfa as compared to doz where one depends on the storyline and smart gaming in tournaments and events and deafet ing the blindone is easy not so much for stinger as they annoyingly revive every 30 seconds

With new skills update you can easily clear warehouse with torches for moss and bloody holes, one good weapon for carnifexes and stone knives

I managed to complete the Warehouse twice before getting to the next tier (First tier is below level 32). It's much easier to do Warehouse when you're at lower levels because as you level up, so does the mobs gets stronger (I'm a F2P player)

Bunker alfa is easy to clear but it becomes repetitive and boring same floors,same enemies.in doz warehouse is harder but the rewards are very rewarding compared in ldoe.also the storyline is not being forced to be completed right away.just stick to ldoe if you don't like doz.

Very informative video but sadly both game sucks. Yeah, they are great in terms of gameplay and idea but because are mobile games everything is filled with IN_APP_PURCHASES, waiting, and grinding. I hope we can see a true 2.5d multiplayer game on mobile that's not like the fake multiplayer LDOE started with before adding the sector 7 or the limited CO-OP farming zones like DOZ have. So you can build your base with friends in real-time, gather together, do missions, TRADE and etc. And we need this to be a paid game so you can buy a copy and play it like a PC game. I hope someone does this and it will be the best seller on mobile.
