Pa, my Aunt always told me this and I hope it can help you: _"You don't have to know everything, you just have to know the people that do."_ I think you overwhelm yourself and don't trust yourself enough. Have you ever thought of a mental focus coach? You and Kris were talking recently on one of your videos about hypnosis and that he told you how intelligent you are. I made a comment on there stating I do not believe you have ADHD, I truly think you get bored very easily because you are more intelligent than those around you. Also, people as intelligent as you always feel like they have to "dumb things down" for other people to understand them. When this occurs you come off as playful and spastic even though you aren't always trying to be funny. Best wishes for health and happiness!!
