I just love you guys! I’ll be 63 next week and y’all make me feel young again. No really…you do! So my husband and I retired. We lived in hot old Arizona for 35 years and during that time I was desperate to get out of the heat. We pulled the string and moved to Oregon along a river. I’m 64 and alone. I Lv these guys too. I’m so happy they have such beautiful family and friends. And I too smile, laugh, etc. the whole time I watch them as well. Unfortunately, I haven’t been blessed with a loving family, nor many friends. I hope and pray it comes now. I’m sure I’m not the only one with a bad divorce, and only negative talk from my ex. This has killed my relationship with my two kids. This, combined with my mom who just died a few months ago. She never talked trash against me. Only love. This has only increased my loneliness. I just know I don’t want to live lonely any more. I know all things are possible through Jesus, and I’m starting to increase my prayer time. Thanks for giving me inspiration and hope again. But I’m renting and don’t have much money to buy a property but I know there’s places that are more reasonable but I don’t know where in Oregon or a better winter climate. Any suggestions. So glad you guys have not only stayed in touch with Lee's family but have gotten closer to them since Lee's passing. She would be so happy. When people who loved Lee are all together I am sure it feels as if Lee was there -- all that amazing energy. It is a great way to keep her memory alive.

as someone with severe chronic fatigue i love seeing aimee honoring her needs to rest and go at her own pace. itʻs really hard when youʻre with people, having fun and wanting to be part of everything, to take time out for what you REALLY need. much respect captain b - itʻs taken me years of being stubborn willed and defiant like a little kid to realize this and itʻs good for other people to see what self-care looks like... itʻs not candles and baths and massages. simply stopping for rest and recovery is the ultimate and we all need more of it. xoxo

After the most stressful, insane 6 weeks dealing with a cousin were moving to assiyliving for dementia and Denali with my 92 yo FIL giving away the bank to phone scammers who then took over his computer...were having to take him everywhere to close out and reopen new acts, call SSA and to change his retirement checks to his direct deposit acct, I busted up laughing the whole time. Wakeboarding is sooo hard the first time, I tried like 7 times and couldn’t get up and then I tapped out because it hurt too much. I just didn’t have the upper body strength to counteract the yanking of the boat, I’m so glad you two were able to hop up and do it!!
