Presenting the Southbound VISHWAMANAVA Express powered by its customary SWR's KRISHNARAJAPURAM [KJM] WDP 4 #20028 in LHF Mode honks like a commercial heavy duty buses/trucks on road, rushing towards the next scheduled halt at Kengeri station.
While, the Northbound Arsikere Jn Passenger powered by its customary SWR's KRISHNARAJAPURAM [KJM] WDP 4 #20058 in LHF Mode honks more like an ALCo, halts at Jnanabharathi Halt station (Bengaluru University).

Yes, I saw someone did comment about its last diesel days in your previous video. The Rockstar KJM Blue Bleed will be definitely missed forever with this train. I can't imagine SWR without EMD's , but the gloomy future is just knocking on the door I guess 😢😢😢

Neela Navilu EMD of KJM. superb thanks On the other day Natarajan showed lot of idling rusting dirtying alcos, WDP4s, WDP4Ds at the outers of KJM shed already being readied for permanent retirement without duties. One more RF showed plenty of Abu Road Alcos , BKT WDP4s, WDP4Ds etc at the outers of Bhagat ki Kothi shed Station. Very Very sad tearful spectre of huge retirement of monsters. Famous ERS red ironman EMD is doing shunting in Kerala shores. 😵😵😵😭😭😭😭In GOC they are rotating their duties here and there still jugalbandhi at RMM lines and here also extinction once Pamban bridge ready🥵🥵🥵😭😭😭😭😭

I think this will be treated as same as its shedmates... Being idle in kjm shed..... Btw wdp4 #20057 has been dismantled when i spotted it recently

They will be utilized at other newly commissioned diesel sections or relief locos for passenger trains. WDP 4Ds will remain for another decade. 20057 will get scrapped

Tbh i hate electrification more now 😠 bc the main objective was to find an alternative to diesel fuel in order to save expenditure of it. Electrification should be there on high income traffic not on branch lines.. Also on border areas and earthquake prone .. So diesel locomotive should be modified to have an alternative source of fuel driving it tbh . Electrification should not be only option though

100% electrification means 100% mainline electrification. Few defense lines and abandoned lines are not included
