@@pyken3605 Because they have to pay Korean ISPs for the bandwidth they use and Twitch uses a lot of bandwidth so they have been losing a lot of money by just being available over there.

Twitch ceo said that they decided to end the service because the deficit in Twitch Korea operation was built up due to the network usage fee and they could no longer sit on the sidelines - I'm Korean and I wrote it through a translator.

i mean now it depends on what jdcr wants to do because if he chooses to stream on CHZZK a lot of his korean followers would probably watch him but then again if he continues to stream on both platforms or on youtube he will get a lot more exposure to foreigners which could be beneficial for him

Twitch ended their service in Korea, so all Korean streamers have lost their subs/partnership etc. most have switched to KZbin or afreecaTV which is like Korean twitch.
