Im using ur build and only making 4m 😢 does casting speed good or bad for this build ? and 325% melee damage is the key?

Cast speed is useless for this build. Melee attack speed is okay but not first priority. Damage scales with Flat damage + increased dmg + crit multiplier, plus the penetration. Just scale the dmg step by step that I was 4M before, then up to 35Mils with good gears

Isnt Tempering Blows in Smelters Wrath still Bugged and gives *150 times more damage instead of capped 150% more as it should ?
