What I found at the same time fascinating and deeply touching, that the man, who built this tree house, did so in connection with his faith in God. My grandmother knew the owner of this place. The owner sold the property to an investor. Sad that it burned down. My grandmother used to live 15 minutes from it.. back in 2008 I got the chance to explore it before the fire department shut it down.

Thanks for sharing this again Robb, ironically I’ve been thinking about the treehouse church and had even talked about it with some other people and how I thought this was the coolest place ever. It’s sad that it burned down but my guess from what I heard is that the treehouse was banned from people exploring it because it had become to dangerous to be in, I wonder if someone burned it down.
