Last Human on Earth Came Back Alive From Extinction After Being Frozen for 500 Years
Five hundred years have passed since the humans went extinct at the hands of the fearsome and mysterious 'Beasts.' The surviving races now make their homes up on floating islands in the sky, out of reach of all but the most mobile of Beasts. Only a small group of young girls, the Leprechauns, can wield the ancient weapons needed to fend off invasions from these creatures. Into the girls' unstable and fleeting lives, where a call to certain death could come at any moment, enters an unlikely character: a young man who lost everything in his final battle five hundred years ago, the last living human awakened from a long, icy slumber. Unable to fight any longer, Willem becomes the father that the girls never had, caring for and nurturing them even as he struggles to come to terms with his new life, in which he feels the pain of helplessly waiting for his loved ones to return home from battle that his 'Daughter' once felt for him so long ago. Together, Willem and the girls gradually come to understand what family means and what is truly worth protecting.

To clarify just in case: When Nyggolatho says she wants to eat Willem, that is no euphemism. She means it literally, as in cutting him up and cooking his meat into a stew or something similar. If there are other cases where this comes into play, they have not been mentioned in SukaSuka itself. I have not yet read SukaMoka, so I can't say anything about the sequel series. But on the purely speculative side, the clause would also provide a legal basis for assisted suicide and such.

7:10 that wasn't a "beast", but one of the guardian gods that were leading the assault against humanity 500 years ago. Willem and his comrades manage to defeat them / stop them but most of these heroes die in the process or lose most of their fighting capacities. Then, 1 year later, the Beasts appear and wipe out humanity. The beast and that god are not the same thing and not allies at all. In fact, the beast tried just as much to wipe the other side as they "wiped" humanity.

@@jukethebox6879 Not quite. As SukaSuka ended with a heart aching cliffhanger (the video). I started reading SukaMoka right after but stop only at Volume 1. It was believed that Willem did not fully died even at the last volume of the SukaSuka series. SukaMoka for me is the exact continuation from the video where the MCs "died" but it does not mean the whole story ended. It is just that since the MCs died, there must be characters that will continue the story for example the orphans that would revived Willem. You can read the novel though. Anyways, some says Season 2 will be aired around this year. Who knows. I hope this is real.

knowing the man after the one he tried so hard to protect and the one he vowed to marry died he fled putting himself in a sort of self made exile which won’t help anyone i don’t expect it to be easy for most people to deal with the death of someone they loved and someone they cared about but it’s been a long time since a death has made me cry i’m not the actual hutao but death is always around me and is probably always around the corner from me just waiting for the chance to take me you know all that stuff about becoming numb to it and desensitized is true and you end up keeping your distance from everyone so a death does not hurt you as much as it did in the past
