Gurez valley is one of the least explored places in Kashmir. It is located along the LoC border that divides Kashmir and PoK. There are some villages that are located quite close to the LoC border. Gurez is also one of the most beautiful places in Kashmir. Village life in Gurez, Kashmir is quite simple and peaceful.

I.Ramamurthy Very beautiful place and I hope people are enjoying peace. I love my kashmere brothers and sisters and wish them for their prosperity.. It is good if POK is also merged with India other side of the kadhmerese will also like Indians. Kashmiris must understand that peace is the permanent solution for life but not violence. I enjoyed my life in Kashmir for 1 month during 1976 and I could that Kashmiris were good and very hospitality to outsiders and I still remember their hospitality. Jai Hind Bharat Mata ki jai Vande Matharam
