I tried doing exactly this the other day and the Green Stuff was getting stuck to anything that touched it, even with water and later with vasaline. Whether it was my finger or the tip of my hobby knife, it would get stuck, stretch, tear, and leave behind residue, kept messing everything up yet you can just nonchalantly cut away parts and move them.

What’s your process to have the green putty cure to solid? I saw in a different one of your comments you desc that on its own it never fully hardens, but this doesn’t look like the 50:50 milliputt-greenputt concoction you’ve used before. Am I mistaken? Is the putty used here that hybrid? If so, what do you recommend for sculpting against the set time? Thanks!

This is pure green, not hybrid. This video is older- I didn't start using hybrid until recently.

I'm pretty sure that's parchment paper for baking. It's not as waxy as wax paper, but the GS doesn't stick to it too badly once it's begun to set up.

I came here for awesome sculpting and I am not disappointed. I do have a question. What is your opinion on Brown stuff? Is it any good? Does Greenstuff work better for stuff like this?

Didnt tried brownstuff myself, but i heard it was a bit less soft than greenstuff, and there for better for beginners (and less sticky , if it is less soft)

Brown stuff cures more brittle, but keeps a sharper edge.

I dunno what i'm doing wrong but when i roll it out it sticks to the parchment paper. Any suggestions?

Its supposed to stick to the paper a little bit. Make sure you are using the right paper and (baking paper, watch the tools video). Also, make sure the rtio is 50/50.
