Hiya Tori, I'm so glad u had family come, busyness can mean we miss out on adult human contact in this electronic age. I hope u did relax & had a lovely reunion with Jim when he got back. If u did what u could & accomplished some tasks then yr winning-which u did, excellent working I every way❣️ Its the end of the day here; and my Birthday, been tough but tomorrow is another day & I'm Blessed.

Tori, I've been following you and Jim for years now. Watching you two juggle your adventures with an insane toddler and a medically complex kiddo is inspiring. I'm an adventurous weirdo & I have a 15 year old daughter with Rett Syndrome - Fox G1 used to fall under the Rett umbrella. Believe me when I say - I know what you are going through. It's a lot. A. LOT. We actually just had a stay at our own EMU down here in the US. I've been wanting to comment for awhile but on this episode where you spoke about W's sleep issues and getting ready for your EMU stay, I felt compelled to say something. We deal with that, too. My daughter Eden gets very excited when we see Wesley. She loves canoes and nature and just being outside and it brings us so much joy to watch you all grow and adapt. All of this just to say, I'm stoked that you're building your channel & you have a friend down here in the US who gets it. Keep on keeping on!

Good work and nice video. If you burn something , then try add some apple juice or vinegar. I will not use sugar or sweet, sugar enhances the taste.

A freeze dryer would be an awesome tool in prepping for your trips, or for just putting food by for another time. It is an expense, for sure, but you could freeze dry just about EVERYTHING, and if properly stored, rehydrates to as good as fresh. I make big batches of chili, gumbo, dirty rice, soup, spaghetti sauce, lasagna, WHATEVER, and freeze dry it for a later need. The food stays good for 25 years.. again, if stored properly.

Love that you are making a video journal of your life❤. Tori have you heard of the Ketovore way of eating. I’m sure you get tons of suggestions please don’t be offended, but I thought of Wesley when hearing all the people it has helped. Dr. Anthony Chaffee is a good guy to watch he is a Neurosurgeon who recommends this way of eating, it has also been used for seizures for hundreds of years before meds came out. It has helped so many conditions I just can’t not mention it. Wesley and Hudson are so precious❤

I found if you rinse the hamburger after you cook it, before you dehydrate, it will last much longer and taste fresher. Now i know thats where a lot of the flavor is and you do miss some but the flavor is beef. ☺

Hello Tori, have you heard of the keto diet for seizures? Before they had meds for seizures, the keto diet is how they treated kids. Some parents and doctors are now rediscovering it. John's Hopkins medical center had a whole unit dedicated to this approach. It's currently being used for medication- resistant seizures. Thank you for ur content!
